‘Are You People Really That Stupid?’: Vince Coglianese Mocks ‘Low-IQ’ Anti-ICE Mob

Daily Caller editorial director Vince Coglianese ridiculed anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) rioters while reacting to a video of them failing to open an apparent federal weapons locker during a Thursday episode of “VINCE.”

Coglianese was reacting to a viral X video posted by journalist Nick Sortor while on the ground in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Thursday. He said on his show that the video highlighted the anti-ICE mob’s lack of intelligence.

“Not only are they seizing documents and then disseminating this law enforcement activity to the public, they’re also ripping out the weapons lockers from the federal vehicles that they’re breaking into,” Coglianese said. “Some of these vehicles, of course, have a locker in the back to keep guns and other important items. And here’s the mob ripping a weapons locker directly out of a federal vehicle last night and then failing to crack it open.”

“They strap it to the back of a truck … put a tow rope around it … yank it directly out of the back of the vehicle. And the mob jumps all over it. Just like a bunch of animals … One of the wild things about this video is just how low-IQ everybody who’s involved is,” he added. “They don’t know how to open a box with a lock on it. Yeah, because it’s locked, dummies. And they begin jumping and kicking it … Is that going to open a locked safe? Are you people really that stupid? And the answer, of course, is yes. So many of the people on the ground are really that stupid.”

Coglianese speculated that the mob’s “collective IQ” was under 100 and likely “around room temperature.” He noted that protesters also failed to open the locker by hammering it and tossing it onto the pavement.

Moreover, he said they ultimately appeared to leave without cracking the locker open and that they concluded there was nothing in the locker.

“So then they just surrender. These are not the toughest opponents ever,” Coglianese said. “I just want to be clear. They’re not the smartest. It is possible to tackle all of this. It really is.”

Moreover, anti-ICE rioters were filmed vandalizing and stealing other equipment from federal vehicles during the demonstration, according to multiple reports. For instance, another video Sortor posted earlier on Thursday reportedly showed rioters successfully seeming to open a weapons locker.

Rioters also attacked parked gray vans, which were reportedly law enforcement vehicles, and graffitied “Fuck ICE” onto one of them, footage from Human Events shows.

Demonstrations erupted after an ICE agent fatally shot Renee Good on Jan. 7 when she allegedly injured him with her vehicle. An ICE agent also allegedly shot an illegal immigrant from Venezuela after being ambushed in Minneapolis on Wednesday.

Furthermore, progressive media outlet Status Coup News reportedly doxxed FBI and ICE agents during a Wednesday YouTube livestream in Minneapolis. Multiple X users posted what they asserted were clips from the stream, which consisted of a woman showing documents that she claimed contained identifying information that she stole from an ICE vehicle.
