Harris Faulkner Tells Dem Point-Blank She Doubts He Was ‘Snookered’ By Biden Aides Over President’s Declining Health

Fox News host Harris Faulkner called out former Democratic Rep. Pat Murphy of Pennsylvania Thursday after he appeared to dismiss efforts to cover-up then-President Joe Biden’s declining health.

Several books coming out detail the extent of Biden’s health issues and cognitive decline during his term in office, with one book, “Original Sin,” reporting that Biden failed to recognize Academy Award-winning actor George Clooney, a long-time supporter. Murphy spoke up after GOPAC Chairman David Avella noted that Democrats who had downplayed concerns about Biden’s health prior to the Nov. 5, 2024, presidential election were now speaking out, and some were profiting from books.

“If we go back to [2020], I was actually for secretary Pete [Buttigieg]. He won actually Iowa. He came in second in New Hampshire,” Murphy said. “He was on a roll, but covid hit and shut down everything and they wanted a steady hand who was the vice president earlier. But to your point, I think it is honestly less conspiracy theory and more people who were frankly either being too gracious or frankly, just trying to hold on to power.”

“Look, this is politics,” Faulkner interjected. “It’s a blood sport. You’re a kind soul, but come on, do you think they were just trying to be nice and they weren’t-”

The Wall Street Journal published an article on Dec. 19, 2024, revealing that White House aides “insulated” Biden, even from Cabinet members, as his health and mental acuity declined after similar articles published by the outlet earlier in the year, before Biden announced the end of his reelection bid on July 21 generated pushback from some media outlets.

“No, I’m saying there were people in the inner circle in both parties that were-” Murphy said before Faulkner responded with, “You were in the military. I know you were a warrior. You can’t be snookered like that. You have to see the truth.”

“But I don’t think it’s a conspiracy theory, though,” Murphy said, with Faulkner responding, “All right.”

Questions were raised about the White House’s truthfulness about Biden’s health during his term in office. On multiple occasions, Biden said he spoke with people who had died, including claiming to have spoken with former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, who died in 2017, and former French President Francois Mitterrand, who passed away in 1996 on two occasions in February 2024.

Biden also asked for Republican Rep. Jackie Walorski of Indiana during a September 2022 White House event on hunger that took place several weeks after Walorski and two staffers were killed in a car accident.

Biden started using a different set of stairs onto the VC-25, a modified Boeing 747 used as Air Force One as a concession to his age in the later years of his administration following multiple falls during his term in office, including one at the Air Force Academy in June 2023, a fall while on his bike in June 2022 in addition to the times Biden apparently tripped on the steps of Air Force One.
