Amy Coney Barrett, one of President Donald Trump’s potential Supreme Court Justice potential picks, was spotted at home in Indiana tonight, according to a Monday tweet from NBC Politics.
“Amy Coney Barrett spotted at home tonight in Indiana,” the tweet stated.

When asked about the potential nomination, Barrett told reporters, “I can’t confirm nor deny anything but you can see that I’m here,” according to a Monday tweet from CNN’s Steve Brusk. Judge Barrett told reporters, ‘I can’t confirm nor deny anything but you can see that I’m here”

Barrett, 46, was reportedly one of Trump’s finalists for the Supreme Court seat vacated by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement. Barrett was previously a clerk for Justice Antonin Scalia and graduated from Notre Dame University Law School, according to a Monday Politico article.
Trump will announce the next SCOTUS appointment Monday at 9 p.m.
She came from a deeply religious Catholic background, and was already being criticized by Democrats for how her religion would impact her potential decisions on the Court, according to the same Politico article.
