Authorities responding to reports of an active shooter situation at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., confirmed it appears to have been a false alarm Monday.
NBC news posted video showing armed police officers approaching the building, which lies on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, according to the Washington Times. Fox News later confirmed that police have cleared the building, saying the report came from a third-party call.
The building has been cleared and there are no reports of injuries.
