Fidel “Fidelito” Castro Diaz-Balart, the son of the communist Cuban leader Fidel Castro, committed suicide, the government of Cuba announced Thursday night.
Díaz-Balart died at the age of 69 in Havana, Cuba. He had reportedly been seeking medical attention for the past few months after falling into a “deep depression,” The Miami Herald reported.
