President Donald Trump said former President Barrack Obama failed to call Gen. John Kelly after his son was killed in battle.

“You can ask General Kelly. Did he get a call from Obama?” Trump said on Fox News Radio after being asked about the uproar he caused Monday when he suggested that Obama and other presidents didn’t call the families of fallen soldiers.

2nd Lt. Robert Kelly was killed in a roadside bomb blast in 2010 during a foot patrol in Afghanistan’s Helmand province. He was 29 years old.
