Morning Joe Celebrates ‘Felony Friday’ After Mueller Announces Grand Jury

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” got creative again with their hashtags dubbing this Friday “Felony Friday.” The hashtag comes after Special Counsel Robert Mueller impaneled a grand jury in the Russia investigation to expand their criminal probe.
Co-host Mika Brzezinski was reminded of her first hashtag last Friday when she announced it was “Failure Friday” excitedly asking, “What should we call this one? Grand Jury Friday?!” To which Scarborough replied, “I think actually, write it down children. Hashtag: Felony Friday.”
The panel erupted in laughter and mimicked the sound of a slot machine hitting the jackpot. “That’s a good one Joe,” said a highly amused Brezinski.
Mueller is expected to use this to issue further subpoenas, with the ultimate goal of securing indictments. Upon news of the grand jury, the stock market tumbled falling 2o points just four minutes after the story was reported by The Wall Street Journal.
