REVENGE: Father Attacks His Daughter’s Killer In Court And It’s All Caught On Tape

A video has emerged showing an angry Michigan father attack his 3-year-old daughter’s killer in court.
The video shows Clifford Thomas standing before a judge when the girl’s father, Dwayne Smith, comes from behind and gets a solid whack in before deputies pull the two apart. The entire encounter lasts about 30 seconds.
Thomas was one of two defendants convicted of involuntary manslaughter for the death of the girl, who died from multiple blunt force injuries, The Detroit Free Press reports. Thomas was sentenced to six to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter and one to two years for resisting and obstructing a police officer.
The man who was attacked declined to have Smith prosecuted, and the judge did not hold him in contempt of court.
