DCNF REPUBLISHING GUIDELINES AND AGREEMENT

The Daily Caller News Foundation’s (“DCNF”) mission is to provide hard-hitting original news reporting to a national audience. We cover issues Americans actually care about and that are often ignored by corporate-backed media. DCNF shares our work (“Content”) with reputable news organizations and blogs (“Licensees” or “You”) at no cost.

In pursuing this mission, we publish DCNF material subject to the Creative Commons “CC BY-NC-ND” license. DCNF is the bona-fide copyright owner of the work it publishes, and this license does not put it in the public domain. You should be advised that violations of the limits established by the CC BY-NC-ND license are legally binding and may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction. For the purpose of clarity, the below is a list of abilities and restrictions to which you must agree before you can obtain access to our RSS feed.

• The Creative Common license does not apply to any photographs or artwork and is limited strictly to textual material.
• You may edit the content only for grammatical style, or for length as long as any such changes do not materially alter the context or meaning of the Content, omit factual assertions in the Content, or alter any aspect of attribution.
• You will prominently include DCNF’s logo (available below) at the top of any page displaying our Content as part of your attribution obligation and will always use “Daily Caller News Foundation” as a byline or source indicator, including in any datelines.
