Vince Coglianese Warns Left-Wing Assassination Culture Was On Display At ‘No Kings’ Protests

Daily Caller editorial director Vince Coglianese said he observed multiple instances of assassination culture during Saturday’s “No Kings” demonstrations during a Monday episode of “VINCE.”

Thousands of individuals protested during the nationwide “No Kings Day” demonstrations — some of which became violent — against President Donald Trump and his administration, particularly Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Coglianese said on his show that what he saw was analogous to what contributed to assassinations and attempts by the left.

“I saw multiple examples of assassination culture this weekend from the ‘No Brains’ protests. You can see it on display. They wear it on their clothing. They wear it on their apparel,” Coglianese said. “You and I wear things like … an American flag … They wear stuff like ‘The Second Amendment is for shooting ICE.’ They spray paint on the side of walls that they want to kill ICE officers.”

He then showed Saturday footage of protesters pounding a fence separating them from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents in Los Angeles, California. One of the protesters in the footage wore a face covering and donned a shirt reading, “The Second Amendment is for shooting ICE.”

The DHS said about 1,000 agitators encircled the Roybal Federal Building on Saturday and pelted police officers with rocks, bottles and concrete blocks, Fox News Digital reported.

“The guy’s got a mask on. He’s got a hat on. He’s concealing his identity …. This is assassination culture. This is the same left-wing assassination culture that led to assassination attempts on President Trump,” Coglianese said. “It’s the same left-wing assassination culture that led to multiple assassination attempts on ICE officers, including in Texas where a sniper took up a position on a roof and began opening fire on ICE officers shooting through an ICE vehicle, killing illegal aliens.”

“It’s also the same assassination culture that led to the assassination of Charlie Kirk,” he added. “And it’s the same assassination culture that’s led to threats on the life of Elon Musk as well.”

Coglianese noted April data from the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) found “48% and 55%” of “left of center” people “at least somewhat justifying murder for Elon Musk and President Trump, respectively.”

He argued that assassination culture was only a significant issue on the left.

“And it’s long past time that we as a country treat that assassination culture on the left as a real, very imminent and very present threat to our country, to our Republic,” he said. “There’s no both sides to this issue.”

Coglianese also showed Fox News footage of an individual spray painting, “Kill your local ICE agent” onto a building.

Although the “No Kings” website purports to oppose authoritarian rule in America, its official partners include multiple groups that have shown support for brutal communist dictatorships abroad.
