White House adviser Elon Musk bashed The New York Times on Friday after it published a report accusing him of using drugs on the campaign trail.

Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked Musk about the Times’ report which accused him of using ketamine, ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms. Musk quickly interrupted Doocy to say that the Times won a Pulitzer Prize for its “false reporting” on the now-debunked Russia-gate.

“Is the New York Times, is that the same publication that got a Pulitzer Price for false reporting on the Russia-gate? Is it the same organization? I think it is,” Musk said, turning to President Donald Trump. “I think it is. I think the judge just ruled against The New York Times for their lies about the Russia-gate hoax and they might have to give back that Pulitzer Prize. That New York Times? Let’s move on.”

Musk referred to a recent ruling by a judge that allowed Trump’s lawsuit against the Pulitzer Prize to proceed. Trump said that both the Times and The Washington Post will have to return their Pulitzer Prizes that they won over their Russia-gate coverage, which falsely suggested that Trump’s 2016 campaign colluded with Russia in order to win the election against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The Times cited anonymous sources familiar with Musk’s alleged activities and claimed that his behavior had grown more “erratic” during his time in the White House. It reported that Musk would insult cabinet members and be seen “garbling his answers” in staged interviews.

The Tesla CEO has not responded to these accusations and did not appear interested in addressing it during the press conference.

In a separate article, the Times also reportedly leaked Musk’s address in a May 5 article titled, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor. No Thanks Elon Musk,” which claimed that the Tesla CEO’s neighbors complained about his 6 million dollar home in West Lake Hills, Texas.

Musk has repeatedly called out the corporate media over its false reporting and biases on several occasions. He called on the U.S. government to defund NPR over its left-wing bias. At the same time, the media had given Musk considerably negative coverage on his handling of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), his support for Trump and even his wielding of a chainsaw at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in February.
