'She Can't Talk': Trump Tells Popular Streamer Why Harris Isn't 'Doing Any Interviews'
Former President Donald Trump told popular online streamer Adin Ross on Monday that Vice President Kamala Harris is not sitting down for interviews because she’s unable to answer tough questions.
Trump recently had a contentious appearance at the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention in Chicago that Harris was unavailable to attend. The former president, on Ross’ Kick channel, told the streamer he feels an “an obligation” to do interviews like the NABJ event to earn the presidency, but Harris does not due to incompetence.

“They also said Kamala’s gonna do it … she can’t talk to people. She can’t answer questions,” Trump said. “She hasn’t done one interview … she’s not doing any interviews because if she did one interview where a hard question’s asked, she’s incapable of answering it.”
“You become president for all of the people so I feel you have an obligation to do that,” he added later. “Now, she’s not doing anything. She’s not doing any interviews because I don’t believe she’s capable … She’s strange. The whole thing is strange. Let’s put it this way: Our country’s in big trouble.”
Harris hasn’t done an interview since starting her presidential campaign following President Joe Biden withdrawing and endorsing her to take his place on July 21.
Democratic strategist Julie Roginsky on Friday told CNN host Kate Bolduan that Harris should not face scrutiny for not doing interviews because she’ll be spending hundreds of millions of dollars on ads to craft her own message.
“She’s going to spend her $300 million defining herself on TV and on social media the way she wants, right?” Roginsky continued. “And she’s going to ultimately sit with you guys, I believe. But the bottom line is, that’s not what he should be coming after her on. He should be coming after her on positions that affect regular people who are voting. If you’re standing there saying, ‘well, you’re not sitting for an interview,’ the average person doesn’t have time to sit around worrying what Kamala Harris is doing, they just want to make sure she’s doing something to help them.”
NABJ is in talks with Harris to schedule a Q&A “either in person or virtually, at some point in September,” according to its website.
