Rioters with rifles halted a police vehicle and struck an officer in the head with a brick in Kenosha, Wisconsin following a police shooting of a black man, video showed.
Rioters can be seen impeding a police vehicle while one man circles it with a rifle in a video tweeted by David Hernandez, producer of “Lives Matter.”
Mass unrest erupted in the city on Sunday after officers reportedly shot Jacob Blake, a black man, following a domestic disturbance, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported.
This is insane. BLM rioters armed with semi-auto rifles have shut down the street in #Kenosha and ordered a Sheriff’s vehicle to stop. Video by @livesmattershow. #BlackLivesMatter pic.twitter.com/cDhmOBG1p9

Rioters yelled “gas us” and “you’re fucking cowards” at the officers in the vehicle, video showed. Law enforcement eventually deployed what appears to be teargas.
An officer was reportedly struck in the head with a brick in a separate incident during Sunday’s unrest in Kenosha, according to video tweeted by Twitter user KittyLists.
An attempted murder of a police officer caught on tape at another “racial justice” protest. Still not a peep from Democrats about this riot. ???????????????? https://t.co/rIEZ4yFQIH

Rioters also set vehicles on fire, smashed windows and clashed with law enforcement Sunday night, according to WWMT.
Democratic Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers tweeted Sunday that Blake was “not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed” by police.
While we do not have all of the details yet, what we know for certain is that he is not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed at the hands of individuals in law enforcement in our state or our country.
