‘Here’s The Thing’ Comments On Northam’s Shoe Polish Fails

Democratic Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam has been in hot water lately, first with conservatives over his support of infanticide but most recently with some on the left for his previous use of blackface.
The Daily Caller News Foundation’s “Here’s The Thing” explains the controversy surrounding an old yearbook photo. Between Northam’s almost moonwalking at a press conference and his interview with CBS anchor Gayle King where he referred to slavery as indentured servitude and said that he would accidentally get shoe polish on himself, this has not been the governor’s best week.
