Students at American University in Washington, D.C., told The Daily Caller News Foundation whether or not they believe all women, as well as if they believe in due process and the presumption of innocence.

Almost all of the people interviewed said one should instinctively believe women and survivors. When asked if they believe accused persons have the right to due process and are innocent until proven guilty, they also agreed. Some even changed their minds once they realized it was impossible to reconcile those two beliefs.

“I guess you shouldn’t really believe them until the person is proven guilty,” a young man told TheDCNF.
