Police are asking that the public steer clear of the Jacksonville Landing area in Florida after a shooting Sunday reportedly killed three people, including the gunman, and injured several others.

The alleged gunman, 24-year-old David Katz from Baltimore, Maryland, reportedly opened fire at the Madden 19 Tournament at the GLHF Game Bar, killing two people before taking his own life, police officials told CNN.
In a video from the event, gunshots can be heard as the participants discussed the tournament, before the game comes to a halt.

At least 10 people were wounded Reuters reported.
Gov. Rick Scott of Florida thanked law enforcement for responding to the shooting and offered state support and resources, according to statements made on his Twitter following the attack.

Scott also tweeted that President Donald Trump had been briefed on the shooting and offered federal resources necessary in response to the shooting.
Just spoke with @POTUS regarding the shooting at the Jacksonville Landing. He offered any federal resources needed to respond. FDLE and the Florida Highway Patrol are currently assisting local law enforcement.
