MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough scolded Trump supporters on “Morning Joe” on Monday for not using Google and the internet to fact check President Donald Trump on issues.

“Why don’t people — why don’t my friends and family just turn on the Google machine,” Scarborough said. “Just crank it up in the backyard. Crank up the Google machine.”

Scarborough began making a cranking motion with his hands before co-host Mika Brzezinski chimed in to voice her frustration.

“The truth has been devalued, and people must not care,” Brzezinski replied.

Scarborough said Trump’s claims could be “blown out of the water” with 30 seconds of internet research and suggested people borrow their neighbor’s “Google machine” to find out the whole truth.

“I don’t understand,” he continued. “So many of his lies, so many of his claims can be completely blown out of the water with 30 seconds and just, again, borrow your neighbor’s Google machine.”

“Thirty seconds and it is a proven lie. By the way, from a thousands different accurate sources,” Scarborough added. “Again, the truth is 30 seconds away. Check out Google. Check out Yahoo. Check out whatever search site — MSN, of course.”
