A 96-year-old style icon got immortalized as a wrinkle-free Barbie doll, she posted on Instagram Sunday.

Iris Apfel, the self-described “geriatric starlet,” got her own Barbie doll look-alike complete with the woman’s trademark colorful style and thick-rimmed glasses, CNN reported. Apfel’s Barbie follows the publication of her book called “Iris Apfel: Accidental Icon” published March 6.

The nonagenarian is well-respected in the fashion industry after she co-founded a textile company with her husband Carl Apfel called Old World Weavers in 1950. The couple specialized in recreating vintage prints and earned prestige in the fashion community from designers such as Estée Lauder and actresses such as Greta Garbo and Joan Rivers. A movie called “Iris,” which reflected on her life, was released in 2015.

“Iris Apfel is a fashion role model for Barbie with her singular style vision, entrepreneurial spirit and independence,” Mattel said in a statement. “Her long-spanning career makes her the perfect subject of a one-of-a-kind doll, the highest honor Barbie bestows.” The doll is currently not available for sale. Apfel found it “totally hysterical” that she became a Barbie doll.

Mattel has designed other diverse dolls. For International Women’s Day, Mattel released a collection based on “modern-day role models” such as United States Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim and an “Inspiring Women” line featuring Mexican artist Frida Kahlo and Amelia Earhart.

The Barbie collection also has dolls with different body sizes such as one in honor of plus-sized model Ashley Graham.
