Former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci blasted a New York Times journalist Tuesday regarding reports that President Donald Trump wants him back in the administration.
Ken Vogel, a reporter at the NYTimes, sent out a tweet referencing a story published by The Daily Beast, that suggests Scaramucci would be coming back to serve in the White House. Scaramucci responded to Vogel’s tweet, calling the report false and criticized his work as a journalist.
Scaramucci said he would return to the White House when Vogel wins a Pulitzer Prize.
The Daily Beast report suggested Scaramucci had been bragging to people close to him that Trump wants him back in the White House.
I will be back in the @WhiteHouse when @kenvogel wins the Pulitzer. Ha! Neither of those things happening anytime soon! https://t.co/rGjn5CuNnd

The Pulitzer Prize is known to be one of the highest awards a journalist can win and something Scaramucci said Vogel will not be receiving anytime soon.
White House Chief of Staff John Kelly fired Scaramucci in late July, 10 days after the Wall Street financier took the job.
