President Donald Trump addressed the terror attack in New York City that killed at least eight and injured many more Tuesday afternoon.

“In NYC, looks like another attack by a very sick and deranged person. Law enforcement is following this closely. NOT IN THE U.S.A.!,” Trump tweeted.

Reports suggest that a car drove onto a bike path, hit several people, and then the driver opened fire. First responders are currently swarming the site, an eye witness told The Daily Caller News Foundation. There is at least one person in police custody and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio had reportedly been informed of the situation.

The FBI is currently investigating at the scene, according to CBS, and the attacker reportedly yelled “Allahu Akbar” during the attack.
