Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos flaunted a very “magical” costume at the White House’s Tuesday Halloween party.
DeVos dressed up as Ms. Frizzle from children’s television show “The Magic School Bus,” reported The Hill. The Education Secretary wore an orange wig and a skirt speckled with planets.
