Videos Emerge From Scene Of Barcelona Attack [GRAPHIC]

Videos have emerged from the scene of an apparent terrorist attack in Barcelona, where a van plowed into a crowded tourist area.

Local authorities report at least one civilian has been killed so far, and are calling the attack a terrorist incident. The vehicle used appears to have been a rental van. Police are searching for at least one suspect, and some reports indicate the suspects may be armed and on the loose.
