U.S. President Donald Trump sent a hard message to the “losers” behind Monday’s terror attack in Manchester during an address in Israel.

Trump refrained from using the word terrorists and instead said he will from now on call them “losers.” (RELATED: Suicide Bomber Responsible For Explosion At Manchester Arena [VIDEO])

“I won’t call them monsters because they would like that term. They would think that’s a great name,” Trump said. “I will call them, from now on, losers, because that’s what they are. And we will have more of them but they are losers, just remember that.”

Trump extended his condolences to the families of the victims and said the U.S. stands in “absolute solidarity with the people of the U.K.”

“So many young beautiful innocent people,” Trump said. “They were murdered by evil losers.”

Trump said “wicked ideology” of those behind the attack “must be completely obliterated.”

“Our society can have no tolerance for this continuation of bloodshed,” Trump said. “This wicked ideology must be completely obliterated.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin called it an “inhumane attack.”

“We strongly condemn this cynical, inhumane crime,” Putin said, according to BBC. “We hope that its masterminds will not escape the punishment they deserve.”

German Chancellor Angela Merkel called it “incomprehensible that someone could use a joyful pop concert to kill or seriously injure so many people.”
