‘At Least A Dozen’ Injured After Car Attack, Reported Shooting Outside UK Parliament

The U.K. parliament in London was placed on lockdown Wednesday after a reported shooting took place outside the entrance, and at least a dozen people were injured at the nearby Westminster Bridge during an alleged car attack.

A witness account said one civilian and one police officer were shot outside the entrance to the House of Commons.

Reports of a car plowing down “at least a dozen” on the nearby Westminster Bridge were also reported, Reuters reports. There is no official confirmation on the damage.
