Piers Morgan called #BlackTwitter racist, and the Internet just can’t even.

Leading Black Lives Matter activist Deray McKesson tweeted “I love my blackness. And yours.” Thursday night, which Piers Morgan retweeted adding, “I love my whiteness and your blackness.”

When a slew of twitter uses were outraged at Morgan’s tweet, he thought it would be a good idea to address them all by as one race and accuse them of racism.

Morgan continued to tweet about the incident, dismissing claims he is racist and responding to critics.

This isn’t the first time Morgan’s tweeting grabbed the attention of “Black Twitter.” In July, he outraged many for writing a piece critical of Nicki Minaj and then warning his followers by tweeting, ” Warning to Black Twitter: I don’t think you’re going to like my column about @NICKIMINAJ.”

He also drew ire for tweeting “#ALLLivesMatter” the day after the contentious Sandra Bland video came out showinng Bland’s questionable arrest.

Morgan may be trying to make a point, but it sure seems like he likes the attention.
