At least five people were killed after a passenger bus plunged into a pedestrian underpass Monday in Moscow.
The driver was arrested at the scene and police launched an investigation into whether or not the attack was deliberate. Local media have reported as many as 15 injuries in addition to the deaths, Reuters reports.
